Trade show exhibits
Make your booth the one buyers stop at.
Your booth gets about ninety seconds to explain a product that couldn’t make the trip. We build interactive trade show displays around a working digital twin of it, so visitors stop, see what makes it better, and give your team a real reason to talk. You come home with conversations worth following up and a show you can defend in the recap meeting.
Projects typically start at $35,000 for a single trade show kiosk.
The problem
Great products get walked past at every show.
The booth across the aisle has a claw machine. Yours has a spec sheet and a very patient engineer.
The product stayed home
Radar systems, surgical robots, and production lines don’t ship to a 20×20 booth. A banner can’t show what makes yours better.
Ninety seconds isn’t enough
Your engineers need twenty minutes. A visitor gives you ninety seconds before the next aisle pulls them away.
The spend is hard to defend
After the show, leadership asks what the booth produced. A stack of badge scans from people who wanted a free pen is a hard answer.
What we build
An interactive trade show booth people want to touch.
Every piece has one job: turn a passerby into a conversation your team can qualify.
A trade show kiosk with your product inside
Visitors open up, run, and configure a working 3D copy of your product, so they understand it before your rep says a word.
Walls and tables for buying teams
A large touchscreen or interactive table lets a group explore together, so the whole buying committee sees the same thing and your rep talks to all of them at once.
Your best pitch on every shift
Guided flows carry your strongest explanation, so a rep at their first show delivers it as well as your senior engineer.
A self-guided mode for the rush
When your whole team is in conversations, the trade show touchscreen keeps the next visitor exploring instead of walking on.
On the show floor
What happens at your booth.
The aisle slows down
Your product moving on a big screen gives people a reason to stop that a banner and a candy bowl never will.
Visitors tell you what they care about
What they tap and configure shows your team where their interest is, so the first question your rep asks is the right one.
Your team talks to buyers, not browsers
The display does the explaining, so your staff spends the show on conversations that can turn into meetings.
Built for secure environments
Safe for sensitive products and crowded halls.
Runs fully offline
No cloud connection needed, so convention center Wi-Fi can’t take your demo down in front of a customer.
NDAs as standard
We sign before you share a single drawing, so your product details are protected from the first call.
Built to accessibility standards
Every visitor to your booth can use it, and accessibility is one less item for your compliance review.

How it works
From first call to opening day.
Step 1
A 30-minute project call
We learn the product, who you want to stop, the show, and the date. You leave with a clear budget range.
Step 2
A concept you can see
We map what visitors see and do at your booth and show you before anything gets built, so you can walk it past leadership early.
Step 3
Built, tested, installed
Your display is running and tested in the booth before the doors open on day one.
Questions
What exhibit teams ask us first.
How much does an interactive trade show display cost?
Most projects start at $35,000 for a single trade show kiosk. The price grows with the depth of the digital twin, the number of stations, and how many shows it needs to travel to. On the first call we’ll give you a real range, plus the visuals and numbers you need to get it approved.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope and your show date. Exhibitor and freight deadlines land well before opening day, so we plan backward from those. Tell us the date and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s realistic.
Can we ship it and reuse it at other shows?
Yes, and you should. We plan for your show calendar from the start: how it ships, who sets it up at each venue, and what changes between shows. The same digital twin can also move into your briefing center and sales meetings, so the work keeps paying off after the show closes.
What do you need from us?
Time with someone who knows the product, any CAD models or technical drawings you have, your booth plan and show dates, and a clear picture of who you want to stop and what they should take away.
Have a show coming up?
Tell us about the product and the date. We’ll tell you what’s possible and what it costs.
